Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers to schedule appointments for HVAC services and oil deliveries.
- Managing incoming requests and ensuring they’re relayed to the right departments.
- Leading and developing your team to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Listening to customer feedback and working with the team to improve our services.
