Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Managers in planning, documentation, execution, and overall management of residential and commercial HVAC projects - including system design, Submittals, Change Orders, Communication, and Other Aspects of Project Management. Serve as the primary point of communication for customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal coordination. The position is designed for a move into a Project Manager role after training is complete and experience requirements met. 

Skills / Experience:

Field Experience in HVAC or other trades is a plus, but not required. 

Talent in using Microsoft Office and Google platforms

College Degree strongly preferred

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and passion for helping people are an absolute must!
